FAQs - Louloùdi Esthetics Rochester NY

What types of facials do you offer?

We offer customized facials designed to meet your skin’s unique needs. Treatments may focus on hydration, cellular renewal, barrier repair, or brightening. Each facial is tailored to target your goals and leave your skin balanced, refreshed, and radiant.

What is a spicule?

Spicules are tiny silica structures found naturally in sea sponges. In skincare they're pulverized into a fine powder and applied to the skin, where they create thousands of microscopic entry points that trigger the skin's natural renewal response and allow active ingredients to absorb far more deeply than the surface alone — with just a mild prickling sensation and no needles or downtime.

Can I buy Korean skincare products online and in person?

Yes! You can shop our full line of esthetician-curated Korean skincare products both online and at our studio in Penfield, NY. We carry everything from cleansers and toners to serums, moisturizers, masks, and sunscreens.

Can gift cards be used online and in the studio?

Absolutely. Louloùdi Esthetics gift cards can be redeemed for facials and esthetician services in the studio or for Korean skincare products in our online shop. They’re a perfect, flexible gift for anyone who loves skincare.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked easily online through our scheduling system. Simply choose your service, select a time that works best for you, and confirm your booking. If you need assistance, you can also contact us directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
